Incorporating holistic practices into our everyday life can have numerous benefits for our overall health and well-being.

I am not talking only about one critical aspect which impacts our health. From harmful toxins, pollutants, food we eat and products we use on our bodies and in our homes... We should look more beyond just physicality, where the Mind, Body and Spirit are interconnected as a whole.

Practice mindfulness, meaning, being aware of our thoughts, because our thoughts create our emotions, our words, our actions, our reality.

Sometimes life brings difficult situations and it is important to take a moment, come back to the present.

Things are not happening always because of us but rather for us. What message are we getting from it and what can we learn. Once we learn from our mistakes we will never do the same mistake again. Other mistakes probably yes, but the same one we let it go. It taught us a lesson. As life fluctuates up and down, with right practice and mindset life will become easier.

Are we tuning into our bodies? It is speaking to us all the time. It is these physical bodies which have to carry us throughout this lifetime so we can have many experiences. From them we grow. It is such a a great gift, and yet, we take it for granted.

We are so busy in these modern times that we truly forget how precious this life is. I know, it is so difficult to stay present at all times, but on the end of the day, all we have is NOW. No past, no future, but NOW.

Once we have that awareness we start working toward self control, self empowerment and discipline. We can expand tremendously.

Time has come to stop pointing finger outwards but rather inwards. It is not easy thing to do, but it's the best thing we can do.

So many people are looking for happiness. They buy books on happiness, they watch videos on happiness, they even buy courses on happiness. I truly believe no one can find happiness until they remember the voice of their own heart. Because, if you can be happy with yourself, if you truly can be in that place then you can have happiness anywhere, you can have gratitude anywhere, but you are not going to find what's missing inside, outside. Never gonna happen. and IF it does it's temporary. It has to come from within.

Everyday is a new opportunity.
