CLEANSE

Effective skin cleansing can be done using almond oil and aloe vera. Mix a tablespoon of each, and apply to the skin in circular movements. Rinse with warm water.


EXFOLIATION

 Sugar is an excellent natural exfoliant. Mix two tablespoons of sugar with one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply to the skin, massaging gently. Rinse after application.


TONE

Rose bush is a great plant for skin toning. Place rose petals in a glass jar and cover with apple cider vinegar. Let it rest for two weeks, strain, and use as a daily facial tone.


HYDRATE

Coconut oil and shea butter are excellent natural moisturizers. Mix equal parts and apply to the skin as a mask once a week.


SUN PROTECTION

Carrot oil and almond oil have protective properties against the sun. Mix them in equal parts and apply to the skin for light protection. However, it should be noted that oils do not offer complete protection against all harmful rays of the sun. Therefore, it is always best to use a certified natural sunscreen when exposing yourself to the sun for prolonged periods.


Here are 10 NATURAL FACE MASK recipes for all skin types

Avocado and honey mask for dry skin

1/2 ripe avocado, mashed

2 tbsp of honey

Mix the ingredients well and apply to clean face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Yogurt and oatmeal mask for oily skin

2 tbsp of natural yogurt

1 tbsp oat powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix the ingredients well and apply to clean face. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Green clay mask for combination skin

1 tbsp green clay powder

1 tbsp mineral water

1 tsp jojoba oil

Mix ingredients well until a paste forms. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Acai mask for mature skin

1 tbsp acai pulp

1 tbsp honey

1tbsp olive oil

Mix the ingredients well and apply to clean face. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Green tea and lemon mask for tired skin

2 green tea bags

1/2 lemon squeezed

1 tbsp honey

Mix the ingredients well and apply to clean face. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Honey and cinnamon mask for acne

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon powder

Mix the ingredients well and apply to clean face. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Milk and honey mask for whitening skin

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp honey

Mix, apply and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Pumpkin and sugar mask to exfoliate

1/2 cup cooked and crushed pumpkin

1 tbsp brown sugar

Mix and apply to a clean face using circular movements. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Turmeric and coconut milk mask

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp coconut milk

Mix, apply and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water

Green tea and aloe vera mask for sensitive skin

1 tbsp cold green tea

1 tbsp aloe vera gel

Mix, apply and leave for 10 to 15 min. Rinse with warm water.
