Clear Quartz is a crystalline mineral made of silica, characterized by it's translucent, almost white color.
These crystals can be found all over the planet, in old mine tailings, sedimentary rocks, in pockets of soil, road cuts etc..
This stone is considered and referred to world wide as the “Universal Crystal” and “Master Healer”.
For thousands of years ancient civilizations have utilized the power of crystals to release mental, physical, and spiritual blockages thus facilitating the free flow throughout the body. On a cellular level our bodies and quartz crystals are both made of minerals silicon dioxide, because of this we are naturally receptive to the vibrations of crystals as they transmit, reflect, store light and receive energy.
HOW TO USE IT
Clear Quartz is excellent for working with specific intentions, as it is thought to be an amplifier of the energy you program it with. So, whether your intention is manifest abundance, protect yourself or even to clear out stagnant energy, this stone will do the job.
Meditate with it. Whatever your intention or purpose for meditating is, this crystal will amplify and help you connect to higher consciousness.
Keep it on you during the day. It will allow higher and happier frequencies to be received.
Cleanse your aura field or space with it. If you find a pointy piece or a wand or you already have one, you can use it for directing and moving stagnant energy. To do this, you can pass the wand over your body or around a room while visualizing the removal of negative energy.
I personally wear clear quartz as a necklace to shield myself from negativity throughout the day.
CLEANSING
Whenever you acquire a crystal you have to make sure there is nothing imprinted in it. No residual emotion imprint and empty from any form of energy, empty from anything that is not the original frequency signature of the crystal.
Most of the popular of cleansing methods work well on clear quartz. Water, moonlight, sand and sunlight, nature, smoke... Although my personal belief is that these methods will only cleanse the aura of the crystal but it will not clear the program from it.
I like to use my 4096Hz tuning fork as this high frequency will clean the crystal completely. I also use mobile Frequency Generator app. Just set up the frequency on 4096Hz,turn on the Airplane mode with WI-FI off. Place a crystal on your phone for a few minutes. If you pay attention you will notice that the crystal feels much lighter and brighter too. Your crystal now is ready to be charged and program by your intention and consciousness.
CHOOSING CRYSTALS
As long as you choose a quality crystal, there's no right or wrong way to select one. You'll find that the right crystal will call out to you based on what you need at the moment, and that is often the best way to choose a crystal.
